Designing

Easily build your own styles within your backend

Prior to crafting a timepiece, our in-house designing team begins to make a concept mapping based of your personal preferences. Alternatively, we propose 2D and 3D renderings as drafts upon approval or improvisions. Once confirmed, we create multiple variations, considering colors, designs and platings. These particularly also contain precise information about the product’s dimensions, finishings, movements, and other specifications, ensuring that the final product meets the client’s expectations and requirements.

Engineering & Technical

Leveraging our profound expertise in the watch industry, our engineering team possesses a unique ability to comprehend and articulate even the most intricate of requirements, whilst expeditiously identifying optimal solutions. The key objective of this stage is to offer sophisticated technical solutions and insightful recommendations for the construction of the watch design, whilst carefully reviewing all watch specifications. In this regard, we enlist the services of a consummate Technical Expert, whose expertise is crucial in ensuring that our watch designs can be practically manufactured and function flawlessly. Through this process, we maintain our unwavering commitment to delivering exquisite timepieces that embody peerless quality, unparalleled craftsmanship, and timeless elegance.

Assembly

To ensure the highest level of quality and precision, we undertake the watch assembly process in our in-house workshop as well as reputed subcontractors in Switzerland and China, where experienced personnels oversee each step of the process. Our team possess an exceptional level of expertise and proficiency in watchmaking, allowing them to carefully assemble every component with the utmost precision and attention to detail.

Quality Control (QC)

We place a high value on quality control. All of our timepieces are thoroughly inspected before being shipped to customers. We believe that manufacturing high-quality timepieces not only meets your demands, but also establishes a long-term commercial connection between you and Spearmark. As a result, our IQC teams will carefully examine all incoming components to ensure that they satisfy the standards. At the final quality inspection stage, our FQC teams perform numerous tests, including water resistance testing, strap stretch testing, movement component inspection, and so on, to verify that no flaw or disorder exists in each watch. This way we can maintain complete control over every aspect of the production process, ensuring that each watch meets our exacting standards of quality, craftsmanship, and sophistication.

Packaging and Shipping

Packaging, Storing and Shipping are key elements that is considered by Spearmark. Our highly trained members of staff ensure all boxes are packaged and sealed properly to minimize any possible defects to the watches. With over 100,000 watches shipped on average per month, we can ensure that we are capable of satisfying large amounts of orders.
